| I have finished my first first step!
Hi fam, It feels wonderful to have finally finished a step. I'm grateful to all of you who stuck by me during the dark days of my sponsor search. :ghug2I don't think I'd have kept at NA without your encouragement. We went over my step one work today at my new sponsor's house. She thought I did a great job and was impressed with how thorough and honest I got. I think she was expecting some denial, but I threw in all the cards I could think of. I'm so happy to be on to step two. I really feel I'm growing in my recovery today! KJ |

It wasn't bad at all, no. I actually found it very freeing, even though it was only step one. I encourage anyone who is waiting to begin step work to go ahead and get started--nothing to be afraid of!!! The water's fine in here--jump right in! KJ |
