| New and glad to be here! Hi, family! I've been looking for an online forum for NA, and glad I found you guys. My clean date is 8/20/05 (coming up on 3 years.) NA, like most of you here, has saved my life. I was a fairly wealthy stay-at-home suburban mom, and lost it all due to my hidden addiction (well, hidden for a while, at least.) The husband, kids, house, car, EVERYTHING, even attempted suicide. Glad to say that while it was the worst thing that happened, it was also the best- I support myself now, own a house again, remarried 6 months ago, and have joint custody of the kids. Most importantly, I'm CLEAN and happy! Peace and Blessings, KP |
