He was supposed to start in March and it is March but I don't know what date he was supposed to be there. I was just thinking about him too because my cousin is a chef/instructor in the school where he is going and Blake is supposed to look him up when he gets there. Maybe he will let us know soon how he is doing and how school is going. Good luck Blake!!!!

He seemed to be the one who spearheaded the movement to remove the Narcotics Anonymous name from in this forum. Now that the forum isn't Narcotics Anonymous anymore, he quit posting here.

Hey yall!

Yeah I've been up in NY since Feb, but I quit my job at the insurance place in early Jan. That was the place I used to post from all the time.

I'm doing well up here. I've been hitting NA meetings in poughkeepsie on friday and saturday nights, but I've been so busy that those are the only ones my schedule can accommodate. I've got straight A's so far and I'm almost done with my first block of classes (Food Safety, Product Knowledge, Culinary Math, Intro to Gastronomy and Writing) and will be starting new ones in a week and a half.

Things are going great!

I have been able to stop by here as much lately with all the busy busy busy going on, but i'll drop in every so often.

Windy, I was back in LA a few weeks ago and I did a restaurant review for school at Jacques-Imo's...You ever been there? It's on Oak St in the city...AWESOME FOOD!!!!!!

GP, I completely forgot about your cousin, what was their name again and what subject did they teach?

Dalin, you made it back to the great white north yet?

Mackie, I am deffinately gaining weight, but what do you expect when the school cafeteria serves stuff like roasted lamb chops in a rosemary ajus on top of hearts of palm infused mashed potatoes or potato gnocchi with duck ragu every day?
