Life after depression

yes its true, there is life after depression.

I had the msot debilitating bout of depression but with regular trips to my GP and following a RR programme I am out the other side!

Life is so good today I can hardly believe it! I am blessed to have had such wonderful support from a doctor that understood me, my family and my freinds.

It has been a long haul but well worth the wrok I have put into getting well

I am loved so much and today I know that to the core of my very being and nothing can ever take that away EVER

so if you are in the thick of a depression, having a bad time getting yuour life together..please belive me when i say there is life after a major depression

BE STRONG

ACCEPT HELP

BE YOU

and never appologise for speaking your truth at any given time.

Love Cat...

A great struggle you have been through and conqured - congrates and many props. It's among the hardest things in life people can go through and those of us who make it to this side are better for it and stronger. We are survivors!

Always hold your head up high and remember that strength that got you through it. Hold it near and dear to your heart and never let go of your successes!

Hugs,
Jenna

I came through the other side as well... I found my willingness to let go of my past and simply ACT happy to be crucial!

that's why I truly believe in faking it til you're making it!

Thanks guys! it really is a wonderful feeling and one I shall cherish.Who knows what lies ahead but i believe that adversity HAS made me stronger!

hope to be of some support to others who may have hit the rocky path and who MAY feel that its better to drink thier sorrows away!

it can seem like an endless battle somedays but we have to remain strong and keep going!

Thanks

It's amazing what a human being can overcome. Great power lies within.

Your post is encouraging, as encouraging as anything can be to a person in a debilitating depression.

How long did it take?

Thank you.
