Hello All, i would just like to say Thank You all very much who replied to my b/fs depressed.
It worked. I caught him yesterday checking out what you had all said, n then he went to the link from Meli....!

So from him Heres a HUGE thank you to you all, as he listenend to what you all said, n is now in agreement that hes depressed not just feeling down.

Its sort of made it easier for him to see that he had things in common with what you all said...!

that is very good news. it always makes a difference when someone can see that they are not "crazy" for they way they feel and that they are not alone.

He actually put his shorts on today and came n sat on the roof with me and my friend, another woman, he was shy But out of the house n enjoying the plants.So slowly slowly for us both...!

Complicated life is...? sometimes.

Thanks Lilya, yer its still hard work but atleast hes now up abit more, ligthens the mood.Saves me hiding watching a flim, or in the garden...?

Just a Major thanks as hes trying now...!!!

Oh he is 40 so mid life crisis also jumps to mind...xxx
