| I´m back - and still clean and sober
Hello everyone, It´s been a long while since I´ve visited but I haven´t forgotten any of you who helped me through a difficult time few years back. I´ve been incredibly busy with my work - had to give the world all I had; just got back from China; it was amazing trip. I found some private messages from some of you who remember me, thank you and merci beaucoup! On peut me tutoyer, no problem! I was touched to hear from you and I have missed you! I will answer you again soon. I´m still not cured from my anxiety and bi-polar problems, far from it. It will be my life long commitment, but there always seems to be a way of dealing with it and finding new "cures". I started dancing again with a passion! How are you, my old friends? Lilya, my mind has forgotten exactly what I read of yours last year, but I remember enjoying it very much. I'm so glad you've come back because I also remember wishing you were around now-a-days....yippie.

Dear friends, Thanks. It´s good to be able to come back and find old friends. Do you know if Juls is around here? What about Nancy? We used to have some fun at the movie club for depressives. How about it? I just completed a book on film studies for The University, so I´ve been literally living on films. Now I´m working on a film script. I better check what´s going on at the movie club... I´ve taken on some extra work for a civil rights organization and I find that it works, every time I feel anxiety and hopelessness creeping in. It does work. Being of service is the 12th step, of course, and it helps to help. I also find giving in to some blues is not bad either. I just do it and I feel it´s good for the soul. I´m past pretending everything is good when it isn´t. So I just tell people: "Sorry, not at my best, but it will pass." Love and light, Use adversity

Lilya, I just now noticed your name and saw that you returned over a week ago! I remember you well and I am so glad to see that you're well and happy.
