| Hey
I probably did the greatest thing for myself today. I've had an extremely hard time coping with a recent breakup and I've been suicidal nearly everyday and I finally decided to call the hope hotline. They directed me towards a mental health clinic in my area that could help me. so i left a message with this lady sayin i needed to do an intake... hopefully everything goes well.

That's Awesome! Be proud of yourself for stopping, recognizing the feelings, and making the call! Please come back and let us know how you are doing!! Kari If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice! (Rush) |
