hi friends

I am not sure why and how come but when i go thru a bout of stressful situations in my that i feel the total effects on my body even more so Like an important meeting comes along that affects more lives then just my own like my kids and all and it doesnt go to well after wards i feel it totally cripples me it affects me by the way i care for myself it causes me to have phyical symtoms as being sick with the tummy flu or something i guess
what i am getting to is this
DOES ANYONE ELSE GO THRU THIS AND WHAT TO DO YOU TO TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF I AM OPEN FOR IDEAS AND COMMENTS

I go through that. It sounds like stress and anxiety coupled with some old feelings of shame.

I handle it by positive self talk. I talk myself out of it. I tell myself that it will pass and try really hard to accept it and not let the fear creep in.

Sounds like you end up beating yourself up and are too hard on yourself too. Guilt and shame can make your stomach feel sick quicker than anything.

Talk to your doctor too though and make sure you are not experiencing side effects from your medication. Have you had blood levels taken lately?

heyyy mistee,,
my 2 cents worth says MG has the right idea , sounds like
anxiety and self esteem, boy can I relate,, be all you can be
be, no more , no less,, sounds like you got family around and I'm sure they need you like you need them,,stand up and take a deep breath and try to clear out the sick feelings,,,lots and lots of people go though the same thing you are going though,,, You are
seeing a Dr,,,,,,right If you ain't do it ,, their are lots of meds out there that can help,,,, good luck !!!!!! tbone
