I feel bad...i am sick....mentally. I saw a show on flying saucers and almost lost it a few nights ago. I dont know what to do, I almost give up. I am out of ideas.I am very discouraged.

Fly saucers or UFO shows can get us all thinking in one way or another.

To help you find some answers and also you will find a great source of support... You may do well to look into NA meetings.

I know you will find much support and info at them.

I think we all feel like we might lose it at one time or another.

I see from your other posts that you are addicted to codeine. I believe that any drug like that can play with your mind. I understand you feel discouraged, but if you want to get off this drug, you can do it. Talk to your dr and get his advice. There's lots of support here!

Thanks Best & Anna, I am going to an addictions counseller today and I hope that somehow I can get into a detox and get this codeine out of my system. It's not the worse addiction but I don't seem to have the power to stop on my own. I do hope that life will get better. .......Maybe
