What are some treatments that have worked for codependants, and how is the success rate. I know you can help (LOL). I am currently in therapy now and want to learn more.

I don't know if there any specific "programs" for codependents, however if you are currently in therapy I would think your therapist might have some ideas about it or be able to help you with it. I know there are a few books out also that go step by step how to stop codependent behavior.

I'd like to know more about this too, i mean how can someone that desires the love of a partner, to share times intimately, to just spend life experiences with get over this need.

Maybe self love & the rest follows, jeez i wish there was a patch or something!
