hey eddie (and all) did my tae bo yesterday--it is called the 8 minute workout--sounds easy--only 8 minutes but it is very hard they pack like a half hour workout into 8 minutes---i can do about 5 minutes ,then i just walk in place--if i keep it up though i know ill be ablt to go longer and longer and maybe even do it twice a day!! take care all laura

That's fantastic, Laura!! Good job!! I've been going to this exercise class called Metabolic Effect which is only 30 minutes, but it too is very intense. I have to stop and rest frequently. That's the point, though, to work hard and rest for the next push. I guess it's a form of interval training. I think it's only available at Gold's Gyms, though, for now. Love and hugs, Eddie
