First thing good is that you are posting again -- not isolating from people you know love you and care about your well being.
Now, have you seen your doc and gotten back on your meds?
Have you gotten back to AA?
Those things need to be adress to find yourself again, Don. With a little help from your friends...

Don, go ahead and make yourself available for other people to help you, it is the one sure way you will be HELPING THEM!!!!!

It is not a sign of weakness, it is a most wonderful way of expressing yourself as one of Gods children.

The Red Sox are coming up around the corner, they need all the fans they can get!

Keep posting and praying for strength.

Don,

You know how much I care about you, but there is no magic wand that is going to solve this problem for you.

You have options.

You can go to the VA and detox and get treatment.
You can go to AA meetings every day until you find your way through this.
You can then get back on your medication and start feeling better again.

What you did before worked. Do it again.

We're all here for you, but we can't do it for you.
