I don't think many of us here could be called "normies" -- well, at least not me.

Trust me!! I'm ALL TOO FAMILIAR with that hellish hole.

Almost everyone who posts in this forum is dealing with a mental illness themselves or of a loved one.

Anyway....welcome....hope you stick around and share your story and wisdom.
