Just curious if anyone ever contacted The Midwest Center For Depression And Anxiety and received any of their literature.

Wonder what their program entails?

Yes I have her program that you buy with all of the tapes and some literature and I can tell you that it works but it sure is alot of work. It teaches you to completely change your thinking and the way you view yourself and the world. I have to dig it back out because I need to start working it again.

Thanks, is it fairly priced in your opinion?

It's fairly expensive but if you consider the fact that you will feel ALOT better and I mean ALOT better than yes I would say that it is fairly priced.

Hey Mike,

I was glad to see you here. I was wondering what you've been up to. The depression is a killer. I still have it, but I am beginning to feel better.

I don't know about the program about which you inquired, but I do know that meditation did wonders for me. I had a psychologist give me private lessons, and people where I worked swore I could meditate with my eyes open. Hmmmm, haven't done this for months and months.

I hope you're better soon. I will be thinking about you.

Carol
