I seem to be having problems with my manic episodes they seem to have gotten excited or some thing because im having them much more freqantly the normal. norma for me was manic like maby 2ce a month. but as of late i have been having them almost weekly ill go like 3 or 4 days manic then break a qouple of days or so and go for another manic episode. Making me nuts. Any suggestion besides taking to my pill doc hes not worth waisting my breath on. i cant sleep worth a crud when im manic because my sleeping med just dont work during this times.HELP

Try using that progressive muscle relaxation CD i sent you. Play it more than once if you have to.

If you can't sleep for more than 5-6 nights, i'd get yourself to a doctor ASAP. I had a period like that that lasted 2-3 weeks before things got REALLY UGLY. For me anyways, lack of sleep is a huge danger signal. |

thanks longest for me so far has been a week, looks like i will be in bed for a few days now, i forgot how alergic i am to apoxy and ended up with a nice head ache fever and blistered hands arms and top of my head where i wipe sweat away. Anways im with Don must be the moon
