| Sleeping problems...
I’ve been having real trouble controlling my sleeping habits lately. Actually I’ve had trouble, it seems, since I was really little. I can’t seem to control the time I go to bed and the time I wake up. I’m starting to get really frustrated because I’m trying my best to go to bed early and waking up early, but each time I fail. I keep missing work, but my boss is pretty lenient and understanding, however my bills aren’t. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Basically I can’t keep from staying up a few hours extra each day and I can’t keep from sleeping around 8-10 hours. I really don’t know what to do and I wonder if I have an actually serious problem or if it’s something I can control on my own. Thank you |

Since this has been going on for a while, I would suggest talking to a doctor about it. You don't want to lose your job over something that is probably easily treatable, right? I'll be thinking of you and let us know how things go, OK? Love and hugs, Eddie

Me too since this last time my borderline husband told me he cheated on me emotionally and that he cannot love me as much as he loves this woman, he asked me for a divorce and saw me crying and then he went back and was with that woman again other 2 weeks, I could not believe it he treated me bad before similar to that to and upset for everything but somehow for the sometimes sweet time I cannot stop waking up in the middle of the night crying. How can I let him go?
