I have been diagnosed with depression and an anxiety disorder. I think I am losing my mind! I definitely have all the classic symptoms of bipolar as well. Wouldn't one have been enough????? My husband, who drinks to help his mood swings (that he says he does not have) has recently told me that he "cannot help me anymore". We have two little girls together and he is making any attempt I am making to get better, feel better almost impossible! He wants to know why my mood changes - like he is no part of that!!

Hi yo-yo, You're not alone. We are all here for you. Have you started medication for bipolar. That might help. Keep focusing on your own recovery and you will learn not to give your power away to your A. I know it's really hard and confusing when you are on such an emotional rollercoaster. You are not going to get what you need from your A right now so find other ways and other support. Part of what we do is focus our need on one person. It's hard for us to get help elsewhere because we do this. It will take an effort, but find some meetings and others for support. Keep posting. Hugs, MG |
