Hi everyone

Went to court today about my son since scf just today gave the attorneys paperwork regarding my case it is being set over longer now

which i think stressed your honor the judge out some because she is like we need to make some progress here with this case

my attorney said your honor my client is requesting that she have more visitatations with her child right now

she also very much agreed to that and said child and mom have a strong bond lets make this happen soon
mom is too attend all appointments for this child too as for his autistic special needs stuff is concerned she says we all need to make some progress on this case soon
my attorney after court said to be very happy about this today he said it seems to me like the judge is on your side

it is going to give me more time to heal from all the trama as far as the arrest from last week and all i even told him about that i stated that my son got out on the foster home too he said to have faith in him and have faith in general and this will all be over soon

he thinks it is aweful since my littles one birthday is sunday that he wont be home for it but he said he is small enough that when he comes home u can throw him a big party then and have everyone there for it so at the end of the month i meet with him and we will plan our stragey for the next court date in nov and he thinks still there is no reason this little guy should remain in scf or foster home he will do all he can for me to get him back home before the holidays
