Depressed and not sure why - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Well I'm back! I just moved out of my mom's house and I been very depressed. I moved in with my fiance and his family. For some reason I'm so depressed. I'm too depressed to even get out and go see my friends, when I want to see my friends and think I am so lonely because I haven't seen some of my friends in months. Ugh! I'm glad I moved out of an abusive house to a non-abusive house but the abuse from my past has hung with me and now I'm spending time trying to break myself of all the bad. I don't know. I feel so much better getting back online to you guys! I feel like I just got my main support system back! Wooohooo!

Hi vanillasugar, welcome back! I'm here for you anytime. This place will brighten your day lots because I know it helped me so much. Hugs going out for you. Hang on to hope and try to take one more extra step than you think you can do. It does get better.
