Can anyone give me their experience with strttera. Has yours been positive?

Love my Strattera! But I must add that I take a lot of meds. The Strattera had minimal side effects even from the start. For ADD, I also take Wellbutrin, l-tyrosine, grape seed extract, and Gingko biloba, all with a doctor's knowledge and supervision, mind you. Did you have any particular concerns?

Wondering about dosages. How long before you noticed a difference? Did you experience side effects? Were you stairstepped up over a period of days? ie. so many mg for a few days, increase the dose, a few days later increase again?
Kinda wondering what to expect.........

I can't remember a whole lot about how I started off, unfortunately. But I do know that Strattera does NOT work right off the bat like Ritalin does or like Eli Lilly wants you to believe. It seems like I recall having some lethargy when I was taking 100mg so I was moved down to 60mg a day which is what I have been taking for months. Yes, I was stairstepped up because I'm prone to side effects and I don't believe in starting most psych meds at full dosage. It takes a few weeks for it to get to its full effect once a therapeutic dose is reached. Hope this helps!
