like crap. I'm not good at speaking and my problems aren't terminal, but I just feel like crap.

Hi Daz, I know what you mean... I was in an important meeeting today, tying up the purchase of a business and I lost the ability to speak - maybe hard to describe! but I have what can only be described as 'muscle control' problems. People's reaction varies from slight shock to panic thinking i'm in severe pain or having a stroke. I'm fortunate to have a business partner who's used to me scaring folk away!

Today was a bit funky for me too.

Maybe we should compare notes tomorrow - can't be worse.

LOL Deg, I can't public speak period. One of my phobias.

That had to be really scary, losing the ability to speak in the middle of a meeting. I'm glad you have an understanding partner.

I went into the front room, turned on the tv for noise, and laid down for a couple of hours. I'm only up because I have an AA meeting. I can hardly wait for today to be over.

Yes, lets compare notes tomorrow.
