I feel like the tight rope walker whose safety net has been taken away. My wonderful psychiatrist/therapist must have a family crisis as he cancelled all his appointments today and his office says he won't be back until mid October!!!! I have been seeing him weekly and those weekly appointments help me refocus, stay focused and out of the hospital as I have been sliding lately. We have just been seeing how I have been doing weekly and my condition is not the stablest lately. My prayers are with him at this time and I pray he will be okay going through whatever it is he needs to attend to. I must cling to my HP and do my best to keep myself well and safe.

and if you can't do it one way, well, there are worse things than the hospital.
Like getting much sicker. I don't know what you are going thro' but I can very much empathize.
