I have been going through a rough time lately and almost was looking at yet another hospital admission but as I improved some I avoided it this time. I was feeling really negative at having a setback but my therapist pointed out to me how, today when I am ill, I recognize it and instictively take measures to see to my safety and wellbeing. These are skills I have finally mastered and will help me as I go forth on my journey. So my negative thoughts about being in a slump are now turned into positve thoughts about how far I have come
