| dealing with depression and recovery
I have been seven months clean and sober. I have an addiction to opiates. I am currently taking Seroquel and Lexapro. I like the Lexapro. But I have been taking the Seroquel for about six weeks. I feel better but I am sluggish at times. My mood has definitely gotten better. It is difficult to tell if it is the depression that I have because I cry very easily or if it is the post acute withdrawal symptoms from my addiction. We were taught about that in treatment. Anyone on Seroquel or Lexapro and Seroquel? |

| hi !
Im sorry that you are struggling right now . my name is Trish and I was an opiate addict also , I experienced some mood swings in early recovery myself . I still do but they are not as severe . I am on both those meds you posted about and they are working well for me as far as I can tell .If you have questions about your moods and your meds you really should ask your Doctor . Take care ..prayers trish
