Question Stress Rash

Does anyone else have one of these???

Apparently it's brought about by psychological stress.

Mine has never gone, I have it over half my life since I was a teen.

Yes I do unfortunately. Have always been anxious, but after I quit Methadone in December
I developed hives in skin and my face is never clear.

Have to remind myself not to touch my face too much, but can't help it. A nervous tick :/

That's the thing, even when I have been at my most chilled I've have it.

Throughout some of my teens and all of my 20's. Sometimes it's really bad.

If you met me you mightn't think I was under any stress. Was yours diagnosed?

As a teen when I was going through my most intense depression/hopelessness I'd break out in some sort of red marks that'd cover a good portion of my body. They usually went away within a day though. It was really strange, I never went to the doctor for it or anything though, but I could tell it was coming on when I felt my lowest and it was a very real, obvious looking rash. Giant blotches of red all over.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help with what it might be, just what I remember, haven't had it in years.

Mine is quite the opposite of that. I've had it for about half my life now. Through some good times and the bad. Through different jobs, and my relationships etc, etc

It's only ever went away once while I was on holiday only to return again after. I've been to doctors with it many times over the years, so they told me it's from stress

Psychological stress apparently. Thats what I don't understand because it's always there. Other times I've been to a doctor with other symptoms and they point it out

I usually say something like 'oh yeah I've nearly always had it. It doesn't go away but it's not a priority for me right now'. But I don't understand why I've always had it
