I just found out that I am getting a new mental health caseworker and I don't like that and I also just found out I'm getting a new doctor... the one that puts me on my medications. None of that I like because I don't like having to change Dr.s or anything like that. It's hard for me to get comfortable but anyways when I went for my last medication check with my old doctor, I found out that the Behaviral Helth center is getting a dietition. :35: Which really has me over joyed because I was on Lithium for 2 yrs or more and I kinda plumped up. I complained enough that they finally put me on Lamitcal and it's pretty good and with the dosage I'm at I gotta take it at night or I sleep all day  or walking around like totally out of it I spent hours yesterday just zoning and watching my dog sleep. LoL I'm slowly moving my Lamictal from morning to night. I'm at noon today and then tomorrow it'll be 1 and so on. Lamictal is not one that you can totally just stop taking... though they have me taking klonopin and I don't think it helps that much. I take it 4 times a day that stuff should be working but I still hide when I have to go somewhere with a lot of ppl. I'm getting better. I'm work in progress!

You say the lamictal is putting you to sleep. Sounds like a good plan to move it from morning to night
