Struggling tonight.

The pain is a little overwhelming (in my finger).
I know the surgery will be soon, and I am so afraid.
Huge part of me still wants to run...I can feel the panic setting in.

I think I had better get some help from a counsellor, and I need to do it tomorrow.

know exactly how your feeling venuscat after years of struggelin with addiction the damage caused seems irreversable.
however we can still improve our situation..yes we have bad days and they seem to go on sometimes...for me I have to accept what i'v done and try not too dwell in that bad place..talk to peole u truly trust,meditate,try to do anything that can take your mind off things for a bit..allways here and wish u all the best x

I'm no doctor, but can you keep your hand elevated above your heart to keep the pressure off of it? This might help to relieve the throbbing and pain!

Have you tried heat or ice to help relieve your pain?

OK ~ one of the doctors at my clinic is a mental health specialist, he works with Beyond Blue, which is an institute here that helps people with depression and anxiety and many other things...

I am seeing him in a couple of hours...and we will have a good chat (I hope).
He is referring me to someone else, but as I can not get in straight away, he thought that it is important that I have someone to talk to today. How nice of him.

I need this.
I am feeling very trembly...
