Hi everyone. I'm actually not bp buy my mom is. She has panic attacks sometimes and the last time it happened while I was there and I had no idea what to do! Is there anything that a person that's around can do to help? All I did was hug her and hold her hand and try to get her to take deep breaths with me..... Thanks!! |

| Hi Sweeks ![]() You did eveything right for your mom. Sometimes when I feel anxious and panicky I call my husband and he comes and gets me and I just ride with along with him while works. It really helps to get our minds off of all the crazy things that race through our heads. Deep breathing is a great tool for anxiety... Did you check out the sight I posted on the first post of this thread? |
