| Countdown to year 2004
Hello everyone, A new year is soon beginning with new hopes and resolutions. I like to do what the Japanese do, I lock myself in my den and read my diary from the year 2003, then I meditate on the changes I would like to bring about. Unlike last year I will be celebrating a new year with friends - last year I was so depressed I cried during the holidays, I wasn´t on meds - and I´m going to the theatre again and my publishers have invited me for a heavenly lunch on the 30th. Later that day I will take my niece to the shelters to give people clothes and blankets and afterwards I will thank my Higher Power in my favorite church on the Saint-Germain. I will light candles for all of you and send my thanks for having found this board. I hope you have a good New Year´s Eve, and I wish you great year 2004. At least the days are getting longer and brighter! :shades: Love and light, Quote:

Year 2004 is the number 6, the symbol of Venus: Love, art and creation, negociation and communication with loved ones, short voyages, interactions with neighbours and siblings. Mamabear, I think it´s agood sign if the year is like a blank page. Then a change will occur, a happy one I hope. Tammie, I can just see you eating that Mexican food. Yummy! Juls, soon you´ll be taking off to celebrate your feast. Paris is dead boring during New Years, we have some gangsters shooting off firecrackers and scaring everyone to death, but there is a beautiful show near the river I like to watch. Then we´ll be all together, the whole family for a big feast with pasta, duck, steak and what have you. I have a good feeling about the year 2004, whatever happens it will be a new milestone in recovery - unless I blow it! It has to have a travel. If not, then a year is not a year for me. Cuba is still on the horizon. Quote:

I miss you all. I've been working every day now and realizing I'm not as young as I once was, LOL! Also, I started individual therapy which is as an adjunct to the couples' counseling that I am going to with my wife. I am going to probably be asleep by New Years! It's nearly 8:50 PM EST and I am so tired--but it is a good tired.

Ksos, happy, happy new year! I missed you too, charmer. Folks, I danced tango at the feast! You´ve got some time until you cross over to 2004. Oups, my phone is ringing - will see you later. In the meantime, Ciao and good luck! Quote:
