Good Afternoon:

Just wanted to get my thoughts out of my head. I just came home from work......asked permission to leave at noon. I was planning to attempt ot go out and try to finish shopping. My mind feels a little swirly right now. I absolutely hate all the people running around like mad. I actually have a sick feeling in my stomach. Now that I'm in my house where it is just me and quiet I DON"T want to leave it!!

I wish I could feel a little differently ....at least so I could get done what I need to get done. This is so tiring, trying to deal with these symptoms and get holiday stuff done.

Hey Laurie,

Your just having anxiety. I get it too, especially with the crowds and the shopping and all that stuff. Take it easy on yourself. The feelings won't hurt you, just feel uncomfortable. I try to avoid malls and stuff altogether and do what shopping I can on-line. I even shop for my groceries on-line. LOL

just had the same panicky feeling and turned to Land's End! Amen. I'll stick to small shops if I go out. And hours when the crowds'll be a bit smaller.
