Hi 2stop, I'm doing well, thanks. Once again I am grateful for this board and hopeful that my son will experience its benefits as I have. I'm making every effort to take care of myself and I like that. Of course, it will be a lifelong battle for me to determine the difference between compassion and codependency. One day at a time, right? I hope things ease up with your mom. Holidays seem to intensify all emotions both positive and negative. Hang in there. How are you doing with getting out of the house? ((((love))))) Mamabear ok.....so I don't know how to import pictures but if I did I would attach a picture of the Nativity for you

Oh I would love to see a pix of the nativity scene! I am doing better with getting out of the house, still have some rough days, but my push myself out the door...or just don't go out, but don't beat up on myself about it. Thanks for asking. Hang in there Mamabear, one day at atime, we'll help each other thru this life....it'll be okay. we got each other! (((hugs)))

thanks. Today I'm feeling a bit anxious. I need to chill. I got dressed to go shopping and thought better of it....certainly that would jack me up even more. Think I'll keep away from the mall today. big hugs, Mamabear
