| Always choices....
I am just sitting here realizing again that yes I ALWAYS have a choice in how I feel. This eludes me most of the time. I get so stck in the moment I feel I will surely crack up or go insane. So I am making lists and plans and goals today. One is writing down my positive qualities, another is writing a list of everything I need to talk to a doctor about. I am crazy scared of doctors right now, but am willing to take small steps towards really taking care of myself. I can't sit in my own crap any longer! So I thought I'd share some of the good things I am DOING...and will post updates on my goals to remind myself I AM making progress and I WILL be okay..no matter what. I let the situation with my mom and this house closing get me to beat up..I beat myself up that is...I don't want my mind to be a prison..I want to LIVE before I die ya know? I know you guys understand and it is just amazing that I feel comfortable sharing with you all. I had shut down interacting with people for a couple of years. Just too damn tired and scared to deal with anything. But I want to live life on life's terms. It's too crazy trying to rearrange everything t my wishes and desires. Thanks for listening....hope you all are doing alright today. ((((((((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))))))))

My dear Tammie, Your attitude is wonderful. That´s the way. Writing down a goal list will calm your anxiety, and as you tick off each task, you will be happy because of your achievements. I´m doing the same thing, because I´m a bit blue tonight and I´ll be thinking of you while we write down our goal lists together. I wish I could take you to my favorite café near the Louvres and treat you to a real French coffee! The best in the world. LOL Quote:

(((((((((((((((((Lilya))))))))))))))))) What a sweet thought!! You made me smile. Oh how I would love to try that coffee. I buy Gevalia coffee. I get it in the mail. They have so many different varieties. Slowly I will try them all. I do hope you get to feeling better soon. I am fighting a migraine tonight and feeling feverish. We ordered dinner in from a place caled Two Boys From Italy....and I am going to lay on the couch and we all watch a movie. ((((((((((((((((((((Big Hugs across the ocean)))))))))))))))))

Gevalia is not bad! But I hope you make it strong. :shades: This coffee culture reminds me of a commercial I kept seeing on TV and in movie theatres. It used to drive me nuts. In it, there is a man waiting at a train station. He sees a woman on the train and he starts thinking about the strong coffee they had together. These are ex-lovers or whatever but meet again! Then you hear: "Carte noire, the coffee that spells desire..." LOL Holy mother of God! Have a nice movei with your family and heal that migraine. Love and light, Quote:
