I´m a health freak right now because it´s been so difficult to beat the flu and my iron deficiency anema I´ve been diagnosed with. I´m in treatment and get iron shots. I try to drink herbal tean and boiled water, but I´m always on the go and always running around. I never get rest. I´m counting down until Cuba. I cannot exercise right now. I break out in fever and chills. My doc told me to cut it out until I´m 100%, but I do a little yoga in the evening just to uplift my spirits. I´m usually strong and fit as a horse so this is new to me and makes me down. I´ve also postpone the laser operation until Dec. 19th because of my weak state. I feel like an eighty year old granny complaining of my ailing health. What do you do to maintain your health? I´d love some new ideas. What is the best course of action when you´re getting on your feet after a long illness? Quote:

This is something I have been working on myself. My health is a big trigger for stress and unhappiness for me. The number one main thing I am doing right now is drinking enough water to fill up the Atlantic and Pacific oceans combined...and I take some vitaimins. In fact I need to go and get the rest of the vitamins I have been told will help. I also am doing yoga, I have to say it does help. I tend to worry something awful about my health, and I beat myself emotionally for letting myself get so out of shape, so being patient and kind with myself is another big area I am working on..... I trully hope you get back to feeling strong and well soon. I think all the stress depleted your reserves and with rest, vitamins, water and yoor doctors advice and treatment you will be strong before you know it! I will say a prayer for you.
