| One of those days
I'm having one of those days when you wake up feeling sad and you don't know why. Probably some hormonal crap going on. It's strange how these emotions can overtake me and totally change my outlook on my life at that moment. The day before I felt great and that life was going my way, and today I feel like I have no friends, nobody really cares about me, and I am a loser. Well, I know this will pass. It hasn't happened in a long time though so I don't know really what triggered it. Juls

| I have surley been where you are sad one day extatic the next. You must just know that people do care about you (i would not have replyed) I care and you must tell yourself so todays a crappy day maybe tommarrow will be better or maybe in the next couple hours will be better. We are not always going to walk on cloud nine that is just the reality of it. I think by sharing your feelings with us you are letting go of the crap. So give yourself a pat on the back for using recovery tools. You got to let it out or it will weigh you down. Also be aware that this is not a forever thing this too shall pass. Love And Hugs :star your a star thats what u r :fpink Hope u like them I picked them my self

Juls, This happens regularily and sometimes it´s just good to stay with the sadness and don´t force it away. It passes by itself and soon you´ll be waking up in a better state. In France we have a saying that a crise is good. It clears things and you always discovers something about yourself afterwards. Watch a film! Quote:

I think it was just a hormonal thing. I haven't had a cycle for a few months, and it was the day that my cycle was starting. I've experience this before when it was starting. I always feel better by the next day, and so I do. It's good to know that I am loved here. Thank you very much. Juls
