It's been something i've been doing since I can remember. I also pick at rough bits of skin on my fingers by my nails. I also bite my nails. But i'm more wondering if people have problems with scab picking.

I too pick at rough spots of skin around my nails. I think that too has a name. I read recently it was a mental disorder. (onychophagia) I don't really pick scabs though.
