| crying, crying, crying
i just cry so much, I sobbed and sobbed tonight. I feel so sad, and unloved, and people are so angry and rude to me, I try to be nice but just get anger and rudeness back. I do not know what to do, I cannot stop trying. I have pms, and really bad cramps so maybe it is partly hormonal? i do not know, but I am so tired of being sad or nervous or unhappy, I am so lonely. sorry to be such a downer ![]() |

Sorry to hear you having such a tough time. You might be feeling even worse because of the PMS. PMS on it's own sucks, let alone already feeling bad on top of it. When I am having a really really bad day, and all my other ways to cope hasn't worked, the one thing that almost always will help me is to curl up in bed with some chocolate, and turn on a funny TV show. I love Friends, and no matter how many times I have seen the episode, it will make me laugh. If all else fails, I remind myself that tomorrow is a new day. I just need to get through this one moment. Do what I need to to get through this moment and keep myself safe. That's my only job and the only thing I focus on for that time. I hope you are feeling better soon

well, it could be pms, or be hormonal, or your having a rough time. treating yourself (i.e. having a baath, pampering yourself, luxury stuff) is really hard to drag yourself to do, but it's nice to have a physical reminder that you're worth it. (there's another thread on self care) if it goes on too long, maybe seeing a doctor would help I used to be terified of mind-altering drugs (too many sci-fi movies) but if something biochemical can make you feel better, it's worth a try big cyber hug you're not alone |

Momma said....there would be days like this. (((((((((HUGS TO YOU)))))))))) I have days like this. I had one last week where nothing seemed to calm me down, no matter what I tried. praying for you that you are resting and wil feel better soon. I used to use a warm towel for my cramps. Hugs and WE ARE ALL OUT HERE AND UNDERSTAND, you are not alone! |

Ruby, I'm in period land too so I know how you feel. Having a bad day as well. I just gave my dog a cuddle and it made me feel a little better. Hang on in there, you are not alone and not unloved. Much love and understanding, Faerie x

This may seem stupid, but I know how you feel. I tend to just cry until I can't cry anymore and go to bed when I feel that way. It probably doesn't help to hear me say that, but then its like starting a little fresh the next day. I hope you feel better.
