Hi, I have 4 known Alters or they call themselves "Peeps" I am new to being aware of them and being able to understand this condition. I have a 5 year old named ANNA who is just precious, a 14 year old named Monica, a 16 year old named Monique or as she goes by "Q", Harvey (the only male that I know of) who is also 16 years old. I have been told there is a very older one, that is very wise and has only been seen a few times. I have never seen any video tape of her. She calls herself "Meemee" and is an elder Oriental lady. Does anyone else have this disorder or know about this disorder. Oh, I am in treatment and have a treatment team to help me with this disorder, my medical Dr and all my workers are a part of my treatment. One of the issues I have right now is I have started attending ALANON as an adult child and there has been major conflict with one of the 2 year "know it alls" in our group with MY Monique (Peep) who is very violant and defensive. I had to drop out because this got too much for me to manage, I feel like I deserve to be there just as much as she does. I am lost in my new venture of trying to heal from my past so Monique can intergrate but the lady is relentless and when I disclosed what the problem was, she just blew it off. I am hurting and confused about ALANON right now and Monique is too. Any advice? |

Hello Hydro, I appreciate your reply. We just found a lady who specializes in this area and a great Dr. They both want me to get back into ALANON and they will work with the girls on their own level of a program. There are other times they have to agree to stay in, like court dates and stuff. So, Monique "Q" is the only one I am concerned about because she takes up for me. I am very lucky to have the care I do have. I appreciate your idea because it is right on where I am now. We used to go to a group but the monies ran out, so they feel all alone until we found this wonderful place. Everyone here is so very supportive and understanding and I am so happy this is here for all of us. Thanks! |

Thank you so much. I am sorry you have had trauma and have had to endure this challenge too. I appreciate your post, it has helped me to know there are others out there. Please let me know if I can assist you in anyway. When I get better I will want to post more with you, maybe even private. THANKS! hugs!
