| Loneliness
What do y'all do with loneliness? I often feel lonely even when I am surrounded by people. Even when I am with those who are closest to me I still crave more intimacy. What's wrong with me!!! Mamabear

Dear Mamabear, This is a good topic. I know the feeling of loneliness even when surrounded by people. It´s well known, and it´s one of the most difficult feeling to deal with. When I was married I had this feeling a lot. Sometimes I get it when I´m surrounded by my family and everyone is married or engaged. But it´s bothering me less and less. It´s really the state of mind. I think the answer is making a rich, full life for ourselves. Then this feeling won´t be as common and definately not as overwhelming. Love and light, Quote:

Oh Mamabear!! I get this same exact way..it is really quite painful...but I agree with Lilya, the answer is building a rich, full life for ourselves....we know how to do this for others..but are so hesitant..and well, petrified to treat ourselves well, to indulge OUR fantasies, our passions...exotic hobbies...we have boundaries that need rearranged I think! We must learn to know we are it all, already..we just gotta show up and tango!!!!:p

Tango, eh? I'll give it a try. I do love to dance. Tee hee. A full, rich life. Actually, I think I have one. It's more that I sometimes think my expectations for relationship are too high. Know what I mean? Perhaps this is angst everyone feels....not sure.
