I found this on the web and wanted to share this with you all. I forget the stats but know that those with MI tend to have higher incidences of smoking. So, this article could be of interest. And it could spur some of you to quit, too! ![]() Quote:

| | Really interesting read Teach, thanks. In my experience, smoking cigarettes makes depression and anxiety worse as well. I know that a lot of researchers go "40% of depressives smoke cigarettes to self medicate their disorder" (I made up that number).... Haven't they ever wondered if smoking might be *causing* it, at least in part? Just a thought.
