mle, I've done the beck anxiety and depression inventory before. I found them on the web, though I just tried to find them now, and can't. ![]() But, the doc said they were quite well respected and are geared to the DSM IV. So they are the test that is regarded today. (Frankly, I don't know if that's a good thing or not, if you know what I mean... )Shalom!

I've been tested 3 separate times. For all 3, I took the MMPI. It's a multiple choice test, not unlike taking the SAT or other college entrance exam. Takes about 1-2 hours. All sorts of seemingly odd questions. My understanding is that the person taking the test will tend to fall into a given profile. The test can even determine if the test taker is being honest when answering the questions or not. |
