You have gotten many suggestions from many people, like was said, we
will do as much as we can, but you have to do the work.
No one can save you from yourself but you. I know it's hard we have all
had to do it, you can do it also.

We're here for you the whole way, so like Rowan said what is one thing you

At one point we are all new to the help thing. Getting help was the hardest thing I ever did.
I've given you a worksheet three times now, it is from the most top self harm hospital in the US, others have given you ideas, I guess you need to tell us what you need from us.
I've given you all the links I know of in the sticky at the top.

Coloring is a good idea, coming here and talking is a good idea. What else would help you. Your doing the most important thing and that is you keep coming back and talking. You will get through all this and be stronger for it,
keep talking and keep coming back.

You don't need a printer, you can do it online, cut and paste.
Another teen site I go to, the teens come there and fill it out all
the time.
