Hello everyone. I'm back finally. It is about 1:30am and I am just coming to the realization that I am severly depressed. I am always fighting this thing with everything I can and sometimes I just get tired. I try giving up and that just doesn't work either. I am going to try an experiment. I am going to try for one day, this day, to do all I can no matter how I feel without giving up. If I can just stay awake and keep putting one foot in front of the other I just might be victorious for one day. Anyone with encouragement please pipe in. Peace be with you Wallgazer |

I have those days too. Do as much as you can..Don't push yourself too much. You will make yourself even worse. I know myself when I get into these days. I don't get anything accomplished. But when I am in a good day...I can't stop. Do you have any support from relatives that can help you out. I find that helps. Wishing you all the best. But don't over do it..Take care |

Wallgazer, When I was going through my worst depressions I found that if I did push myself to get some things accomplished it did help me get out of my depression faster than if I just gave in to it. I'm glad to hear that you are able at least to think in this direction. Keep posting to let us know how your doing. Juls

Welcome back, Wallgazer, You have my support here. You realize the seriousness of your depression and that“s a good place to start getting out of it. Believe me, it passes. Don“t overdo it, but I tend to agree with Juls. I find it more effective to push myself, then I activate some adrenaline and maybe some endorphines. You get over the episode faster. Is there a place near you where you can be in nature? Maybe just a park or a pond? Nature is the greatest healer; it gives you inner strength. So do animals, pets. Have you spoken to your doctor about your medications? Maybe you need to change them or alternate. Then try our movie club. Let me know how you“re doing, I“m here and believe me, I“ve been in your shoes. It will pass. Love and light, Quote:
