Happy New Year

I was just looking at my last visited. Has it really been that long? Things have changed, I have changed. At last I put myself at risk and went into PTSD treatment at the Charleston, SC Veterans Hospital. More later, right now I mustered up all my nearve and am posting here. I've avoided the suggestions of seeking help due to the pain needed to be felt and processed. To quickly fill in those that don't know me. History of childhood abuse including sexual. Life long alcohol addiction and combat PTSD from Vietnam. I've got a class so talk later and touch base with old friends and meet new ones. Don

Happy New Year to you too, Don!!!

We've missed you and look forward to hearing what's new, and most importantly, how you're doing.

Remember the SR Retreat we had in NYC? How much fun it was!
I think of it often, and am so sorry we never did it again.
Well, maybe we can plan another!

Shalom!

Right now along with aftercare for addicition I working on nightmare group theraphy for 10 weeks. Once that is done I agreed to go one on one PTSD. They say it is intense but, my delaying it has been intense for years. I'll update Friday. Good to be back. I was just looking at NYC photos the other day. Helped with incentive to return. Don
