| riding the roller coaster of bipolar
staying sober has been easy and I thought I was doing good controlling my moods and I've been maintaining my weight, but I'm having more swings and more anxiety which causes me to hear voices and see things. Sometimes I feel like I'm losing my mind. Wish I could catch a break and slid on by with some ease. just frustrated and venting thanks for listening |

Oh, I'm so sorry.... Have you spoken to your doc about it? I know that it's difficult to find the right mix of meds sometimes. I do hope that you do catch a break. Please do call your doc and let us know what happens... We care... ![]() Shalom!

I got a good kick in the ass from my tdoc and that I was doing healthy things. I always want everything right now I hate waiting. He said if I really want to achieve healthy habits I need to go slow as to not make the same mistakes I made in the past.

Well, then... GO SLOW!!! ![]() I know, I know. I want it yesterday too. :>) But, the best things in life take time. Delayed gratification and all that jazz. I'm glad you're happy with the doc's advice, and agree with it. When you need a kick in the pants again, Just come see me. ![]() ![]() Shalom!

Hi.. New to this board .. Not new to the realism of being dual diagnosed. I found out in one of the treatments programs that I had been in after having a break down that I had PTSD and BiPolar.. I have had six years now of trying to find the right meds. As I am sure you have experienced its like russian rullet. My advice to you is that you see your Doctor ASAP. Most people who are BiPolar cant handle the highs and lows so our inhibitions are lowered to use. I know from past experiences this has happened to me. Just a small thought. I feel for you. xoxoxo -Michelle:praying |
