Your former stepfather is still living in the house?
That must cause alot of tension, Paul.
I'm sorry.

But, did anything in particular happen?
Why is the stress so strong this morning?
Is there something we can help with now?

And please don't underestimate your achievement about your sobriety, Paul!!!
And your job well done on the chat meetings!

Shalom!

Hey, Paulos!

Yes! Gosh, I've probaly vomited more due to stress than I have through alcoholism.

It's a hell of a way to express anxiety, isn't it? You feel chemicalized. Hard to chalk up vomiting. You've had a rough day, very rough. Give yourself credit for having faced a hard time. I could never expel anything unless I was plastered.

Vomit is a strange coping mechanism, but a coping mechanism no less. Hope you purged more than whatever is physical.

I throw up when stressed out. It started after I had my gastric bypass.

I usually just get a nice glass of cool water and remove myself from the situation. I've put myself in a time-out before ( I don't put the kids in time-out, just myself).

I'm sorry you are having to deal with this.

I'm sorry Paulos, you're a good guy and I wanna see you get better.

We share some of the same interests you and I, I love RPGs :P I just played through Final Fantasy with a Fighter/Red Mage/White Mage/Monk combo. If I played through again I'd probably go with three fighters and a white mage. Not because the monk and red mages are no good, its just that towards the end of the game not being able to use high level spells sucks for the red mage and the monk is a bit of a pissant when it comes to taking damage.

Have you ever played Civilization IV Paulos? Probably the best turn-based RTS I've ever played... if you wanna get it make sure to order the "Civilization IV COMPLETE" version from the UK, it comes with the game and both expansions on one disc, saving time and moolah.
