YOu are right Paulos, Just a clarification, I wasn't being antagonisitc, I was doing what I always do, sharing from a place of experience, I watched the entire video and my experience was that I found it annoying , I was genuinely confused as to how this would be helpful, but hey, if it floats your boat, more power to you.

I don't frequent this board much, I saw you had posted and wanted to see how you were doing with your recovery, as I do want you to be happy and live the life you deserve,anyways, back to where I belong, hope you are well.
