Way to go Paulos!! That's a major milestone! I am proud of you! ![]() Having major depression anxiety and bipolar myself I know my staying sober is helping my depression. I'm so glad we're sober, aren't you!!

Paulos, This is the best thing I could have heard today. I think you know many of us here have suffered through similar, if not the exact same pain you are dealing with. Believe it or not, staying sober first, just a day at a time, is the most important action you can do that helps the most dealing with all the rest of your problems. Keep up the great progress I do know how hard it is, with all you are dealing with at the same time. No matter what try's to drag you back into that hole, just keep advancing one foot in front of the other. |
