| I swear I'm an empath
when every I get around people its like I can feel what they are feeling it really mess with my bipolar. I feel so moody somedays I just want to live in a cabin in the middle of a 200 acres meds help so do the dbt skills I learned but it seems like so much work to stay healthy |

Are you sure it is not just co-dependent tendencies which masquerades as the belief we can read other people's minds?

MX..I understand...I am empathic also and it has taken me years to understand this aspect of my spirit/mind/body and how to protect myself...this is a gift, but the downside is until we learn not to, we take in and overload ourselves with other peoples pain and suffering.. One of the things you need to be doing is chakra work, especially the third chakra...pm me if you like...btw I am bipolar 2, hugs, Grateful
