I hope that I can bring something to this forum that will help and encourage people who are dealing with depression or bi-polar issues. I like the word "issues" it encompasses so many things. LOL

Also, I would like to be able to generate some good discussions as well as bring some light and fun to our lives.

I welcome and value any suggestions from people here at this forum, and if there is anything someone would like to address more privately, please feel free to pm me.
