I'm OK. Have had a few bad weeks. Getting back on track. Overall, things are going well. My treatment a VA has been difficult. That and the study dug up alot of trash. I got overwhelmed and drank a few weeks ago for a couple of weeks. The nightmares and stress was too much for me. Having to face these things are part of recovery. My alcoholism and Combat PTSD just keep working against each other. When one weakens, it's like the other knows and rachets up the thing that bother me most. I am just keeping faith that the end will be worth it. I tripped but, didn't stay down. There are many other Veterans in my group and some have had the same problems. The VA has given me a service connected disabilties. The money has enabled me to stay with my treatment. I'll post more regular. I was isolating. Don W
